Food, training and vitamins
Your numbers,
worked out.
Not guessed.
One place for what you eat, what you lift, and what you take. Targets calculated from your body and your training, then checked against real life.
For iPhone. No account. Your log stays with you.

Life + training.
Both count.
01 / The arithmetic
Worked out,
not guessed.
An estimate should have a method.
And a way to find out when it was wrong.
- 01
Daily life. Then training.
What you burn in a normal day and what you burn training are counted separately. One flat activity multiplier cannot do both jobs.
Day + trainingTwo parts of your energy estimate - 02
Protein from lean mass.
Your protein target starts with your lean mass. The calculation uses the body you have, not just the number on the scale.
Lean massThe starting point for protein - 03
Limits built into the maths.
Deficits are capped. Calories have a floor. Vitals tells you plainly when you are eating too little to train on.
Cap + floorGuardrails on calorie targets - 04
An estimate that learns.
Your maintenance estimate is corrected against what your weight actually does over the following four weeks.

02 / Food
Food logging.
With or without a signal.
12,000foods built in
Search the database and log your food with no connection. Your history, day totals and favourites are already on your phone.
What works in airplane modeA photo is not a measurement.
Describe a meal, photograph it, or read a label. AI estimates show a range, not false precision. The three AI features share 120 actions a month.
One batch. Every plate.
Cook once, weigh the batch, and log each plate by weight. The numbers come from what you put on the scale.

03 / Vitamins & minerals
There is more
to food than
three macros.
23 vitamins and minerals scored against published reference intakes. Targets shift with your age and sex, because several of them should.
The nutrients most adults fall short on are flagged against your own week.
Your week, in context.
What you take counts too. Supplements with a known vitamin or mineral content contribute to your day.

04 / Training
Know what
the work trains.
Build a routine once. Start it in one tap. Last time's numbers are waiting when you come back.

Exercises, with the details.
Instructions, coaching cues and muscle charts. See what a session trains and the major muscles it misses.
Less arithmetic between sets.
A rest timer in the Dynamic Island. A plate calculator. Personal records, picked up as you train.
Across 15 areas of the body, with a guided run that times them.
05 / Recovery
Your baseline.
Not everybody else's.
- 01Sleep
- 02Heart rate variability
- 03Resting heart rate
Recovery is read against your own baseline. A useful bit of context before you decide how hard to train.
It suggests. It never diagnoses.
06 / Yours means yours
Everything stays
on your phone.
Your food log, weight, workouts and supplement list. No account. No analytics. No third-party SDKs.
Here is what leaves it.
The three AI features send what you type or photograph to our server, then to Anthropic: describing a meal, reading a label, and checking a claim. Label reading includes supplement labels. Meal analysis also sends food names and serving sizes to estimate micronutrients.
Barcode lookup sends barcode digits to Open Food Facts. Research searches send search terms to Europe PMC. Claim checks and research topics also send the retrieved abstracts to the AI.
AI requests carry a random app identifier, a shared build token and your Apple-signed subscription receipt so we can check access and count actions. The receipt check is part of the request, not a separate call. Network requests also reveal your IP address.
If offer codes run, a one-time attribution call sends subscription and offer details with the same request credentials. Apple handles purchases.
